Socialite Vera Sidika has shut down haters who accused her of not being there for Zari Hassan during the death of her ex-husband, Ivan Ssemwanga.
In an Instagram video seen by TUKO.co.ke, Vera defended herself saying she is not a bad friend and is there for Zari emotionally.
“Just coz I am not in pictures with Zari at the funeral service & all doesn’t mean I’m not in communication with her. Only God knows how deeply concerned I have been the entire time ever since the late Ivan was admitted until the point he met his death…I might not be there physically but I am emotionally.” she posted.
Vera reveled she has tried reaching Zari and her close friends since Ivan’s death with no luck and that people should stop accusing her of being a bad friend.

Zari together with her three sons laid her ex-husband to rest on Tuesday, May 30 at his Kanyunga home in Uganda.
His gang members poured champagne and threw money into his grave as his casket was being lowered.
