Organizers of Zimdancehall Awards have released a list for 2016 nominees ahead of the event scheduled for March 3 at Longcheng Plaza in the capital with Killer T scoring the highest number of nominations.

Killer T is dominating most of the top categories such as best male artist, best collaboration, best concious, best song of the year, best album, best social message amongst others.

Speaking during a press conference at Joina City, show organizer Phenias Mushayi said preparations are at an advanced stage.

“We are happy to see that the genre is growing and the dancehall stars are grossing a lot of income from their craft to sustain themselves and their families. So far preparations are at an advanced stage and with the release of nominations adjudicators have set down to decide on the winners apart from other pannels that will need public voting.” said Mushayi.
