Indeed, in an official correspondence dated 1 November 2017, parliamentarians seized the Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, head of diplomacy and Nikki Halley, the United States Permanent Representative to the United Nations, to urge them to wear a look at the situation prevailing in the cities of Buea and Bamenda, following the events of October 1, widely relayed by many media in the world.
