“EXHAUSTED” singer Brandy has reassured fans she is at home and on the mend after being rushed to hospital following the “stress” of her hectic work schedule.
A representative for the R n B star, 38, posted a medical update on her Instagram page following reports on US gossip website TMZ she “fell into unconsciousness” on a Delta flight before take-off.It stated her sickly condition prompted paramedics to rush to the scene before the aircraft departed from LAX to JFK. It reported the Boy Is Mine star “lost consciousness and passengers and flight attendants scrambled to help her” before she was whisked to hospital.

Shortly afterwards, a statement was issued on her social media page under the caption “message from team Brandy” to reassure her worried followers.
It read: “Brandy has been released from hospital and is now at home resting.
“She has been travelling extensively as part of an ongoing tour and several personal appearances.

Adding more detail about her medical drama, it continued: She was in the studio all last night until it was time for her to leave for the airport to catch a 5.45am flight.
“The stress of all the travelling and working so incessantly has exhausted her.
“She will be relaxing for the next few days.”
Fans of the chart star were quick to send her well wishes and prayers as she gets better.
