A LOCAL church leader, prophet Lazarus Mashavave, is headed for a clash with hookers at Tobacco Sales Floors who accuse him of disrupting their business.
Prophet Mashavave of Life Giving Spirit International Ministries is reportedly giving male farmers refuge at his church at the Premier Tobacco Auction Floors where the hookers used to make a killing by offering se_x services.
Sources said some hookers threatened to demonstrate at his church recently alleging that the prophet was getting them out of business.
“The prophet is counselling farmers to invest wisely and shun pro_stitution. A number of farmers confessed that each time they sold their crop they would be fleeced by these ladies but this time it is a different case. Some ladies would steal from them but now they will be in church and the ladies are not happy that their clients are being taken by the prophet,” said a source.

Several farmers have reportedly received financial breakthrough through prayers from the man of cloth.
“We will not stop the work we were sent to do. This is deliverance at play. A number of farmers have received financial breakthrough, they are getting good prices unlike before,” he said.
Apart from farmers, people from surrounding suburbs that include Budiriro, Mufakose, Highfield among others have been thronging the Premier Tobacco auction floor seeking healing from Mashavave.
Recently one XaviersTauyanago, who suffered oesophagus cancer says he was delivered and received instant healing.
He said he had been grounded and was no longer working that his sustenance had become a nightmare.
“When I came here I was hopeless but God, through his servant prophet Mashavave, remembered me,” said Tauyanago.
“Cancer is a spiritual attack which needs spiritual intervention. Medication alone is not enough that is why when someone undergoes treatments such as chemotherapy, the cancerous tumours will recur. You have dealt with it medically but spiritually it is still alive” said the prophet.
“This man is now a free man and after months of pain, without eating with his mouth he can now use his mouth by just being in the presence of the power of God. With God all things are possible. He is not the first to be healed here,” he said.
“We are doing what God instructed us to do that is why Satan is fighting us,” he said.
