A Boise, Idaho woman named Amy-Pence Brown struggled with body image and self esteem issues her whole life. A few weeks ago, she decided to get out and do something to change it.

Brown put on a black bikini and stood behind a sign that read, “I’m standing for anyone who has struggled with a self-esteem issue like me, because all bodies are valuable.” The sign also asked people to draw hearts on her body in support of self acceptance.

Before long, a woman came up to her, touched her hand, asked if she could give her a hug and started to cry. Brown started crying too.
