A 57-year-old Hope Fountain man, Philip Mhlanga, who got his daughter in-law knocked-up has said he did so as revenge to fix his wife who had been cheating on him with another man for over 20 years.
Mhlanga told B-Metro that: “It is true that I impregnated my daughter in-law but you should first ask my wife what drove me to do such a thing.

“She has been having an extra-marital affair with Johns Sibanda since 1994 and I have been trying to talk sense into her head but she does not understand,” said Mhlanga.
He said he married Sithokozile Ndlovu (47) when she was just 16.
“In fact even the daughter in law, Caroline Sibanda who is now my second wife is the one who proposed love to me saying, baba l love you and l fell for her leading to her getting pregnant.
“It was after she had realised that my wife was acting up and her husband had left her at our home for some time”, he said.
On her part Nldovu said “I fell for Sibanda because my husband was not always there for me.
He made things worse when he impregnated our daughter in law in 2011 and it became a fair game. Now the problem is that he always beats me up”.
Sibanda said Ndlovu had been my girlfriend for many years and she is the reason why my wife left me. I do not know why Mhlanga does not let that woman go and the two children he thinks are his are not, those are my children and they just look exactly like me.
