A SALES executive with a local mobile phone company is embroiled in yet another pregnancy wrangle with the same lady of the night that once accused him of impregnating her.
Like the first time, the man is denying responsibility.
Farai Bhila made headlines last year in this publication for having unprotected sex with his lover Vimbai Mhike, 25, leading to the pregnancy which he was said to be denying.
Vimbai conceded that she miscarried after she was assaulted by Farai but has gone on to claim that she is pregnant with him - again.
"We had problems after the story came out in this paper and he beat me up, leading to my mis-carriage. I reported the matter to the police and later withdrew the case after Farai pleaded that he would never do that again,
"We reconciled and started dating again. We have always had unprotected sex and so I realised early this year that I was pregnant again," she said
Vimbai says Farai has told her to abort the baby as he does not want anything to do with the pregnancy again.
"I thought he had changed as he had promised me that he wanted to settle down this time. I was such a fool to believe him and now I'm on my own," she said.
Farai has since denied being responsible for the pregnancy adding that they broke up with Vimbai a long time ago. He says Vimbai is out to destroy him as she cannot swallow the bitter pill of being ditched.
"I wish someone could see the girl for who she really is. Imhosva here kuramba munhu, ehe takadanana asi zvakapera uye zvaari kutaura izvizvekuti ane nhumbu ndezvekunyeba, kana anayo haisi yangu nekuti ndakasiyana naye kare.
"She has caused so much harm in my life and it is unfortunate that I keep coming out in the paper for the wrong reason. It almost cost me my job last time and I don't want to think what is going to happen this time," said Farai
Despite him claiming that he had broken up with Vimbai, H-Metro saw a WhatsApp conversation between the two with the former saying he wanted 'good sex for Valentine's Day". - H-Metro
