Top South African gospel divas Hlengiwe Mhlaba and Deborah Fraser will be performing at the much hyped “Judgment Night 2” to be held at the National Sports Stadium this Saturday.United Family Church International Church, organisers of the event through their spokesperson Pastor Prime Kufakunesu, said they decided to bring a different flavour to the event.

“We realised that there was a need to incorporate regional artistes to add glamour to the event that is why we roped them in. We are expecting the two to jet into the country on Saturday morning.

“We are encouraging people to come in their numbers to have a worship experience with God. Other artistes who will be performing include Joyce Simeti, Gospel Power, Leonard Zhakata,Pastor Charles and Olivia Charamba and Pastor Hubert C among others.

‘‘In a telephone interview the “Living Waters” hit-maker (Hlengiwe) said she is excited about the visit and promises to thrill her fans. I feel honoured to perform at such a huge event and I promised to offer an annointed act. Zimbabwe is my second home. I want us to worship and thank God for he has been doing in Zimbabwe,” she said.

Hlengiwe said she is also coming as a spiritual daughter of Prophet Emmanuel and Ruth Makandiwa apart from coming as a guest artiste.

Hlengiwe has collaborated with many other Gospel artistes including Sipho Makhabane, Vuyo Mokoena, Ntokozo Mbambo and Joyous Celebration. She won herself prestigious crowns that include South Africa Music Award accolades for Best Contemporary Gospel Artist and Best Traditional Gospel.

Award winning singer Deborah is popularly known for her hit debut album, “ Abanye Boyombona” and her second one titled “Udlalile Ngabantu”. Her popular tracks include “Uma Kungenxa” and “Umvusolelo”.
