Bishop T.D. Jakes Confirms Visit To Zimbabwe

Followers of the iconic Thomas Dexter Jakes popularly known as ‘T.D Jakes’ are in for a treat this September. The pastor, author, filmmaker and bishop of The Potter’s House a non denominational American church will be setting foot in Zimbabwe in two months’ time.

Seeing him only on the television sets will become a thing of the past as the exuberant man of God will be ministering to a live crowd in the country.

Jakes will be in the country at the invitation of the popular Zimbabwean gospel music group Zimpraise to celebrate their tenth anniversary.

The group manager Joseph Madziyire confirmed to the media on Monday that the world renowned preacher will definitely be in the country for a three day celebration which will be marked with lots of praise, worship and preaching.

Jakes comes to Zimbabwe on the heels of yet another renowned preacher Pastor Chris convened a 20 000 audience at the giant National Sports Stadium a couple of months ago.

At times like this we can truly say the favor of the Lord is shining upon the country.
