Self proclaimed dance-hall nurse, Lady Squanda – real name Sandra Gazi – on Easter Saturday gave birth to her second daughter.
The Ndinovhaira singer could not hide her elation.“I am the happiest woman in the world right now.
“I gave birth today (Saturday). The gestation period is now over and I look forward to take good care of her.
“There is nothing prettier than giving life to someone, she is my second daughter.
“I am proud to be a mother of two children.
“I am on maternity leave and I promise to bounce back in the music circles in style in three months’ time.

Lady Squanda has done well with singles like Ndiri Warrior, Zvinoita Rudo, Chimudhara chisina ndebvu, Kana Ndaenda and Zvimadhara Zveraggae.
According to Lady Squanda, the track Kana Ndaenda was dedicated to her fans.
“I dedicated the song Kana Ndaendato my fans.
“It was a farewell bid to my fans as I was going for maternity leave.
“I will start to work on my ninth album soon and I believe it will win hearts of many.”
She urged fellow women to keep on supporting their children and be good mothers in society.
