A 24-year-old Kenyan man who chopped off his penis on the eve of Valentine’s Day, because he believed his wife was having an affair with his brother, has apologised for his act.
Duncan Moseti said that he committed the act after his wife denied him sex.

According to the Standard, Moseti first attempted to cut off his wife’s breasts, but ended up severing his penis.

“He chopped off his manhood completely,” one of the doctors told the press.
Moseti said he regretted the unusual act and apologised to his wife.
“What I did to myself is not a normal thing, but embarrassing,” Moseti was quoted as saying.
His 20-year-old wife told Citizen TV that she had already forgiven him.
“I won’t leave him just because he doesn’t have (his manhood). Since he has forgiven me, I will stay though he is jealous,” she said.
