Harare churches are currently embroiled in controversy after Prophet Walter Magaya made an unequivocal declaration that white garment churches (mapositori) are under the eternal duress from water-resident spirits. Of late, we have seen Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa who used to accommodate the largest crowds. Then, he was relaxed on top and his fellowship with Prophet Angel. Even when prophet Passion Java rose, he was not a direct competitor. But when Prophet Magaya rose to fame, a big chunk of his church was swayed towards Prophet Magaya. The same loss of congregates that Prophet Makandiwa caused on other churches also happened to him, though he was not accused of any transgression. And it is certain when another name emanates, Prophet Magaya will also surrender his fame.
The critical question is, within the body of Christ are there no cabal looking beyond the gift of man. Yes, they might be gifted but they too have a serious personality flaw that they need to work on. The introductory scenario raises a stink. - Know the integrity and character of the man of God you are following
