A woman believed to be a member of the Zimbabwe Masowe Echishanu Apostolic Church has been found hanging on a tree near Lyonaise garage in Chiredzi. Lately we have been seeing these Masowe here in SA and we think they are the same group.
The woman who according to eye witnesses was a widow, was found this afternoon.
It is still unknown what could have led to the apparent suicide at the church site.
At the time of this writing, members of the public were still gathered at the site awaiting the deceased’s relatives.
